Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Esports Hub Dashboard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Subscription Requirement

The Service is available exclusively to active Esports Hub Premium subscribers. You must maintain a valid, active Premium subscription to access and use the dashboard. If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or is otherwise terminated, your access to the Service will be suspended until your subscription is reinstated.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are the holder of a valid Esports Hub Premium subscription and that you are at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

3. Account & Authentication

You authenticate via your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activities that occur through the Service under your account. You must not share your access or allow unauthorized users to use the Service through your credentials.

4. Permitted Use

The Service allows you to configure and manage the Esports Hub bot within Discord servers where you have appropriate permissions. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

5. Bot Configuration

The Service allows you to configure bot settings for a single Discord server per account. You are responsible for the configurations you apply and for ensuring they comply with Discord's policies. We reserve the right to disable or override configurations that violate our guidelines.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Esports Hub and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esports Hub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Premium subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability and intellectual property survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
