Esports Hub ("we", "our", "us") operates the Esports Hub Dashboard ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Subscription Requirement

The Service requires an active Esports Hub Premium subscription. We may collect and verify your subscription status to determine your eligibility to access the Service. If your subscription lapses, your data remains stored but your access to the Service is suspended until the subscription is renewed.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the Service:

• Discord Account Data - Your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and email address (if provided by Discord) through OAuth authentication.
• Server Information - Discord server IDs, server names, member counts, and your permissions in servers where the bot is installed.
• Bot Configuration - Settings and preferences you configure through the dashboard, including moderation rules, welcome messages, role assignments, and other bot features.
• Usage Data - Analytics about how you interact with the dashboard, including pages visited and features used.
• Subscription Data - Your Premium subscription status and associated identifiers to verify eligibility.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you and provide access to the Service
• Verify your Esports Hub Premium subscription status
• Display your Discord servers and apply your bot configurations
• Improve and optimize the Service
• Communicate with you about service updates or issues
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use Supabase as our backend infrastructure, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication sessions are managed via secure HTTP-only cookies.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services:

• Discord - For authentication and bot functionality. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase - For data storage and authentication infrastructure. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and you maintain an Esports Hub Premium subscription. If you request account deletion or your subscription is permanently terminated, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Bot configuration data for your Discord server may be retained separately to ensure continuity of service if another administrator takes over management.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format

9. Children's Privacy
